Do you cover all wedding types?

Yes, we provide wedding livestreaming for all types of weddings, including civil ceremonies, church weddings, Hindu weddings, Sikh weddings, Muslim weddings, Indian weddings, Asian weddings and mixed-culture weddings.

We can livestream ceremonies, speeches and reception coverage across London, the Midlands, Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Nottingham, Derby, Leeds, Bradford, Yorkshire and the rest of the UK.

How does the wedding livestream work?

Yes, we offer both Asian wedding photography and videography packages. This means you can book one team for both services, helping the day run more smoothly and keeping the style consistent across your photos and films.

What happens if the internet connection drops?

Livestreaming depends on the venue internet or mobile network strength on the day, so we can never guarantee a completely uninterrupted stream.

​

We use the best available connection, either venue WiFi or our own mobile tethering setup where suitable. If the livestream is interrupted due to connection issues outside our control, we will still record the event and provide a video upload, usually within 24 hours of the event ending, so guests can watch it back afterwards.

Do you get in the way of photographers, videographers or other suppliers?

No, we aim to keep the setup as discreet as possible. Where possible, we position ourselves out of the way and use longer lenses so we can capture the event without needing to be close to the main action.

We regularly work alongside photographers, videographers, planners, decorators and venue teams, and we always aim to give other suppliers the space they need to work properly.

How long does delivery usually take?

Films and photos are usually delivered within around 12 weeks after the wedding, or after we receive the final details needed for editing, such as song choices.

Is the livestreaming equipment large?

No, the setup is usually fairly compact. We normally use a small camera setup, tripod and streaming equipment positioned to the side or towards the back of the room.

Where possible, we set up in a corner or out of the main guest area, so the equipment is not distracting during the ceremony or reception.

Do you need access before the event starts?

Yes, we need access to the venue at least 1 hour before the livestream is due to begin. This gives us time to set up the camera, test the connection, check the framing and make sure everything is ready before guests arrive or the event begins.

For multi-venue events, we also need enough time to travel, set up again and test the connection at the second venue.

​

Can the livestream be watched back afterwards?

​Yes, we record the livestream locally where possible. After the event, we provide a video upload so anyone who missed the live stream can watch it back.

This is especially useful for guests in different time zones or anyone who experiences connection issues while watching live.

Do you offer videography and photography as well?

Yes, we also offer Asian wedding videography and photography packages. If you would like livestreaming alongside your main wedding film or photography coverage, we can include this as part of a wider package.
